Example MDT-250 Configuration.

The MDT‑250LH Low and High Magnification Microdisplay Tester (MDT) was developed for fast overall physical and functional testing of mono-chromatic, gray-scale, and color display devices for medium-volume production inspection and QA/QC applications.  A sealed cabinet surrounds the DisplayCheck MDT‑250LH measurement sub-system to maintain a clean and light-stable environment for both low and high magnification testing of the microdisplay.  Easy access to the microdisplay fixture and automatic sequencing between low magnification and high magnification test parameters make it possible for one operator to keep pace with production line inspection or audit requirements.

As with all the DisplayCheck MDT-200 Series testers, the MDT‑250LH has been designed and constructed to offer a range of customization options that allow the system to test many different devices or subassemblies with direct correlation throughout the entire series of DisplayCheck MDT testers.  These features make the MDT‑250LH well suited for either new product development or medium-volume production quality assurance.
